Noel Isn't the Regent St Apple Store great?
My son loves his nano but yesterday the click-wheel stopped working. This evening I stopped by the Regent St store and managed to get a slot at the genius bar. It was diagnosed and as it was still in warranty, I was offered a replacement. However, they didn't have any in stock, so I'm waiting for a call back (which I should receive by Friday 1st May).
In any case, I just wanted to say that it's a great level of service, that the fault has been recognised and will be sorted essentially in store.
